Guild Name:

Guild Type: (assassins, mercs, Thieves, couriers, or merchants)

Location: (founding city, does not need to be the same as the location of the guild hall)

Guild Hall location: (where the guild hall is located, can be a custom location outside of a town, requires admin permission however)

Guild Hall Appearance: (what does your guild hall look like, both inside and out. Be as detailed as possible)

Guild Description: (what is your guilds purpose, what is it's goals? To be wealthy? Infamous?)

Guild master: (usually the creator, but can be an NPC, or another player, should they wish}

Guild members: (not required to create a guild, but will be updated as your guild expands, can have NPC members. NPC members will be marked with an asterisk to separate them from players.)
